Gloryosky apologizes for not posting the Between 2.4 (“Extraction”) episode trailer until after the episode airs in the East Coast. For some reason, Gloryosky didn’t notice the Between new episode trailer in its YouTube subscription list until recently, despite City posting the episode trailer on July 15, 2016. Gloryosky takes full responsibility for this blunder. Between can be streamed at between.citytv.com, so there are pay and non-pay options to watch the show in Canada if one misses the City airings. Between airs Thursdays at 8:00 PM ET/PT on City.

SPACE posted an episode trailer for Killjoys 2.4 (“Schooled”) on July 20, 2016, while Joseph Mallozzi posted an excerpt from Dark Matter 2.4 (“We Were Family”) on July 21, 2016. SPACE now brands its videos with the SPACE logo, with individual show names where applicable. The lack of Dark Matter episode trailers is still a problem. To SPACE’s credit, InnerSpace recaps of Dark Matter episodes exist, so Dark Matter isn’t entirely ignored.

Gloryosky appreciates that Joseph Mallozzi posts Syfy Dark Matter excerpts, as the Syfy videos are region-blocked. Given Killjoys and Dark Matter’s Canadian popularity, the YouTube promotion for both shows could be better in its native country. One gets the sense with Killjoys and Dark Matter that they’re not going to attract the promotional importance of something like Orphan Black, though the soft Syfy ratings in the United States don’t help. It depends on whether Killjoys and Dark Matter’s ratings are good enough for Syfy to take the plunge for third seasons, as Killjoys and Dark Matter clearly aren’t struggling in Canada.

Killjoys airs Fridays at 9:00 PM ET on Syfy and SPACE, while Dark Matter airs Fridays at 10:00 PM ET on Syfy and SPACE.
